End User License Agreement

Scope

This End User License Agreement applies to Luftr Audio software products, including standalone applications, VST3 plugins, voice processing tools, measurement tools, license files, demo builds and related materials.

License grant

Subject to your account entitlement and the license file issued to you, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for your own authorized workflows.

Activation and license files

Some products use offline activation requests and generated license files. You must not share, sell, publish, tamper with or bypass activation requests, license files, device identifiers or entitlement limits.

Restrictions

You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, redistribute, rent, resell, sublicense, circumvent protection mechanisms or use the software to provide unauthorized copies or services, except where mandatory law gives you a right that cannot be waived.

Backups and production use

You are responsible for validating audio quality, latency, routing, levels, redundancy and system stability before using the software in live, broadcast, commercial or mission-critical environments. Always keep an operational fallback path.

Updates

Updates may add, change or remove features. A license may be limited to specific products, editions, versions, devices, activation counts or time periods.

No warranty

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the software is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every production scenario.

Termination

The license may be suspended or terminated if you materially breach this agreement, abuse the licensing system, distribute unauthorized copies or attempt to bypass technical restrictions.

Bespoke licensing, demos, collaboration and deployment discussions can be requested through the Contact page. A separate written agreement may override parts of this EULA for a specific project.
