About Luftr Audio

Luftr Audio is an independent software project and public project name used for audio software, downloads, accounts and licensing services operated by its creator.

Account

Account access may be provided to users for downloads, license activation and license management. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Software and licenses

Software downloads and license files are provided according to the license terms applicable to each product. A separate EULA or license agreement may apply to installed software.

Restrictions

You must not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute license files without permission, interfere with the infrastructure or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Availability

The service may change, be interrupted or be unavailable from time to time. Reasonable effort is made to keep the service secure and operational.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the project operator is not liable for indirect losses, production losses or damages caused by misuse, misconfiguration or unsupported deployment.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by Romanian law, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
